What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Through the combination of weight lifting, gymnastics and various cardio movements members can increase mobility, strength and overall fitness. The intensity of the workout is determined by each member’s individual effort. Workouts are designed to provide a level of scalability, making it ideal for those in all levels of fitness.
CrossFit is not your regular group fitness program, building community is another key factor in CrossFit. Sweat Fit Co provides a friendly and supportive environment where members encourage one another to succeed and are genuinely excited about others reaching their goals. Post workout fist pumps as well as cheering throughout the workout are things you’re sure to see at Sweat Fit Co. We plan various events throughout the year including in house competitions, potlucks or post workout Friday night drinks. It’s a very inclusive place to meet, chat and workout with tons of awesome people!
